Senior Site Manager - West Dublin - Major Developer

€75,000 - €85,000 + package

Senior Site Manager:

The leading residential developer in Ireland with projects up to €100m including high end apartments and luxury housing developments in Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow. They currently have a need for a Site Manager based in West / South West Dublin on a €multi-million residential development consisting of over 280 houses and 120 apartments.

 

Senior Site Manager Skills:

The Senior Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual with 8+ years' experience and a a background in large scale residential construction. A degree / qualification in a construction related field is welcomed, however experience with residential builds is priority.

 

As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, 
  • Excellent knowledge of Trades and background, 
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Reporting to Senior Project Manager
  • Managing Health and Safety on Site.

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 - €85,000 (Neg) + package.
