Senior Quantity Surveyor - Wicklow - High end Development

Ireland, Wicklow

€85,000 - €95,000 + bonus + pension

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Ireland's most progressive Residential Developer with high end apartments and luxury residential developments in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Meath.

They currently require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor working on an exciting project of over 200 apartments and 120 houses in North Wicklow.

 

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

  • 7+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer or Contractor.
  • Experience of RC frame / apartment and residential building / commercial projects
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  • Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
  • Large scale Residential / Commercial experience is essential
  • To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
  • Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
  • Reporting on budgets and variations
  • Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

 

What you’ll get in return

The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €85,000 - €95,000 + package. An uncapped bonus and pension will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in Ireland.
