Senior Quantity Surveyor - Progressive Main Contractor - Dublin

€85,000 - €95,000 + package

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

One of Ireland's strongest and most progressive Tier 1 Main Contractors with €multi-million projects across the country including high rise apartments, data centres and commercial builds. They currently require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor working on an exciting high rise development consisting of over 200 apartments in the Dublin area.

 

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

  • 7+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
  • Experience of RC frame / apartments / commercial projects
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  • Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
  • Large scale Residential / Commercial experience is essential
  • To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
  • Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
  • Reporting on budgets and variations
  • Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

 

What you’ll get in return

The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €85,000 - €95,000 + package. A bonus, pension, healthcare and vehicle will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in Ireland.
