Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil's - High end Developer

Ireland, Dublin

€70,000 - €90,000 + full package

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Ireland's most progressive Residential Developer with high end apartments and luxury residential developments in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Meath up to the value of €100m.

They currently require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong civil's background to work on high end housing projects in the Dublin area.


Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

  • 7+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer / Contractor / PQS.
  • Experience of civil engineering projects including bridges and Design and Build projects
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  • Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
  • Experience with Utilities providers - Gas, water, electric
  • To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
  • Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
  • Reporting on budgets and variations
  • Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details


What you’ll get in return

The base salary is €70,000 - €90,000 depending on experience + full package. An uncapped bonus and pension will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most progressive construction companies in Ireland.
