Senior Engineer - South Dublin - Residential apartments

€65,000 - €70,000 + vehicle, fuel, pension

Senior Engineer:

An Irish Main Contractor, completing high profile projects in the construction industry for over 50 years, including €multi-million office developments, high rise residential apartments and luxury housing developments across Ireland.

They currently have a permanent position for a strong Senior Engineer to join their team, working on a prestigious, high rise apartment development in South Dublin.

 

 

Senior Site Engineer Skills:

The Senior Site Engineer role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual with 5+ years commercial / residential / mixed development construction experience with an Engineering degree or similar qualification.

 

As Senior Engineer:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records,
  • Developing strong relationships with sub-contractors and quality control for sub-contractor’s work
  • Supervision and monitoring of ground works, concrete frame and civil engineering contractors
  • Overseeing setting out Engineers

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65k - €70k + vehicle, negotiable depending on experience.
