Senior Contracts Manager - West Dublin - Leading Irish Developer

Ireland, Kildare

€110,000 - €130,000 (negotiable) + vehicle, bonus, pension, healthcare

Contracts Manager:

A leading Irish Residential Developer with high rise apartments and luxury residential developments across Leinster, including, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow with values over €100m. They currently have several live sites with 7 more to begin before the end of the year.

Due to this increasing portfolio they have a need for a Senior Contracts Manager / Project Director, reporting to the company Director, to take full control of one of the largest residential developments ever built in Ireland consisting of over 5000 units in West Dublin.

 

Senior Contracts Manager Skills:

  • You hold a Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have 15+ years’ construction experience
  • You will be experienced in managing €multi-million construction projects
  • You must possess knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
  • You will have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are required
  • You must be a strong people manager, able to use initiative and be self-motivated

 

As Senior Contracts Manager:

  • The Contracts Manager is responsible for leading a group of Project Managers across a €multi-million development
  • Responsible for Commercial, Design & Production of 1000's of units.
  • Skilled in dealing with external stakeholders
  • You will provide clear leadership and direction to the site team and subcontractors
  • You will manage the design team members to ensure best value, buildable solutions whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion
  • You will take charge of managing build quality and customer expectations ensuring all works comply with building regulations and other relevant standards.
  • You will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are maintained and drive continuous improvement on sites

 

What you’ll get in return:

Due to the seniority of the role the package is negotiable but expected to be in the region €110,000 - €130,000 + vehicle, bonus, pension, healthcare.
