Contracts Manager - Major Residential Developer - Long term projects

Ireland, Dublin

€110,000 - €130,000 + package

Contracts Manager:

One of the leading Residential Developers in Ireland with high rise apartments and luxury residential developments across Leinster, including, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow with values over €100m. They currently have several live sites with 7 more to begin before the end of the year.

Due to this increasing portfolio they have a need for a strong Contracts Manager, reporting to the Construction Director, to work across projects in the Dublin / Kildare area consisting of high volume residential houses as well as high rise apartments. This is a high end role with upcoming projects set to last 10 years.


Contracts Manager Skills:

  • You hold a Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have 15+ years’ construction experience
  • You will be experienced in managing €multi-million construction projects
  • You must possess knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
  • You will have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are required
  • You must be a strong people manager, able to use initiative and be self-motivated


As Contracts Manager:

  • The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing, mentoring and coordinating on site teams of staff and sub-contractors across some of the largest projects in Ireland.
  • Responsible for Commercial, Design & Production of 1000's of units.
  • Leading a number of Project Managers on site
  • You will provide clear leadership and direction to the site team and subcontractors
  • You will manage the design team members to ensure best value, buildable solutions whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion
  • You will take charge of managing build quality and customer expectations ensuring all works comply with building regulations and other relevant standards.
  • You will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are maintained and drive continuous improvement on sites


What you’ll get in return:

Due to the seniority of the role the package is negotiable but expected to be in the region €110,000 - €130,000 + package.
