The Developer:

A major residential developer working on large €multi-million residential developments in the Dublin and Wicklow areas with 1000’s of homes planned for the coming years. They currently have a need for an experienced Construction Coordinator who will manage the programming / scheduling process for a portfolio of residential developments from start to finish.


Construction Coordinator Skills:

The Construction Coordinator role would suit a highly organised, delivery orientated individual who pays close attention to detail, with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 5+ years post qualification experience, with knowledge of residential property development planning and building systems.


As Construction Coordinator:

Responsibilities will include: Manage the Project Programming / Scheduling process across a portfolio of residential development projects from green field to handover, Collaborating all Site Managers to assess current status of programme, Liaise with the project delivery teams, Develop and maintain the master programme across the projects portfolio, Develop and maintain a Progress Reporting System for submission of periodic Programme reports to Senior Management, Manage and maintain the CRM system for the monitoring of house closings on site


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 - €85,000 + bonus + pension.
