Civil Engineer - Bridge experience - West Cork

Civil Engineer:

A leading Irish Civil Engineering company with €multi-million motorway, residential developments and water projects in Dublin and Cork.

They are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with experience working on bridges to work on a €280m road project in West Cork.

The offer provides huge potential for career progression with one of the most progressive Engineering companies in Ireland. The project itself is due to take 3-4 years to complete, therefore guaranteeing long term work in the Cork / Munster area.


Civil Engineer Skills:

The Site Engineer role would suit a self-reliant, delivery orientated individual with 3-6 years experience and a background in bridges / structures with an Engineering qualification.


As Civil Site Engineer:

Responsibilities will include: Reporting to and working alongside the Project Manager and Site Agent on site, coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records, developing strong relationships with sub-contractors, quality control for sub-contractor's work, responsible for setting out and checking works, scheduling material requisitions as required, strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements.


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €50,000 - €60,000 + vehicle - negotiable depending on experience.
